To help stores collect the most material using the least amount of valuable floor space, we’ve prepared a short video with some tips for filling and handling gaylord bins. Please feel free to use the video for training purposes in your store. DVD copies are available by contacting us. <-contact page link
Video Highlights:
• Check the Gaylord bins INSIDE the machines before pulling them out to be capped. Even if the machine sensor alerts you that the bin is full, it may not be. Please shake the bin and/or push the material down before moving it out, using a broom stick, shovel or something similar.
• It is to your advantage to fill bins to capacity while in the machine. Under-filled bins require more space and labor.
